Sorry for not writing this sooner but I have just been so busy preparing for my trip to Algeria in December. Everyone’s support for the project is very much appreciated so my sincere apologies for the delay.
Ok, on Thursday the postman delivered THREE parcels.
One contained a beautiful reddish/orange jumper which will keep an older child very warm this winter.
The second was a huge envelope full of knitted squares in a mixture of colours- I’m sure that they will make beautiful blankets and will keep a few babies snuggly and warm.
And the last parcel had a lovely selection of baby hats, mittens and crocheted squares. All were absolutely beautiful but I just love the girlie mittens with the flowers!
So a big, big thank-you to those three ladies, your donations will make a real difference to those in need.
