On Monday I had a visit from a lady and her daughter, they support the project regularly with their beautiful handiwork as does her Mother. Anyway with the cost of posting being so expensive they decided that they would stockpile their donations and then drop a larger amount off personally. Monday was ‘drop off day’ and they donated a massively generous 206 items which is a huge amount from just three people. Along with crocheted blankets, knitted cardigans and jumpers they gave lots of vests, hats, gloves, pencils,toys, baby-gros shorts and t shirts.
So a huge thank- you to that family. Indeed, thank you to everyone who supports the project – one or one million items every single donation makes a difference to a child in need.
